I am looking for a specific watch that I do not see on your site. Am I able to order it with you?

For most brands, if we do not have it in our inventory, we can usually order the watch. However, this can depend on models that are limited(special edition), discontinued models, and watches that are in high-demand. To place a special order we require a 20% deposit of the retail price, which will be applied to your purchase. Since the deposit is specifically to special order your watch, it is non-refundable.

 

What type payments do you accept?

Due to increasing online fraud, we only accept payment via Zelle or bank wire. We do not accept credit cards or financing.  

 

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted, unless the watch in question was not received as described.  Upon delivery, customers have 24 hours to inspect the watch. A return authorization is required prior to returning any items for exchange. All returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the watch(marked as delivered). The watch must be in its original, unworn condition in which it was delivered, with all packaging, tags and accessories included. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, insured for the value of the watch. After the 24-hour inspection period has expired, all sales are final and returns, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.

Yes. We only work with authentic watches, that come from trusted suppliers we have worked with for years.
